These Terms & Conditions explain the returns, refunds and exchanges available when you shop with Made for Water, operated by AACO.

Returns & refunds

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of placing your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Contact us before returning a product so we can arrange the next steps. Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it and confirm whether it meets the return conditions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days of placing your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

You can exchange for a product of the same value or a higher value. If you choose a higher-value product, you pay the difference. Exchanges depend on the replacement product being available.

Return delivery costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products. Any delivery charge already paid is non-refundable. If we arrange return collection, its cost will be deducted from the approved refund.
